The 54th Quantum Information Technology Symposium (QIT54)

Scope of the Symposium: This symposium is on quantum information science, which is a new interdisciplinary area of information science and quantum mechanics.
Presentations can be given in English as well as in Japanese.

• Date: May 27th - May 29th, 2026
  
• Venue: Sinfonia Technology Hibiki Hall Ise
  
• Accommodation
  During the QIT54 conference period, lodging may be in high demand due to the Oki-hiki events being held in preparation for the Ise Grand Shrine's Shikinen Sengu.
  Please make your accommodation reservations as early as possible.
• Lunch
  Many restaurants in the vicinity of the venue (around Ujiyamada Station and Iseshi Station) are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays - particularly on Wednesdays.
  We therefore recommend ordering the optional boxed lunch at the time of registration to ensure that you have lunch available during the meeting.
  The deadline of ordering the lunch is 13th, May.
• Expected number of participants: ~200
• Early registration fee (electronic proceedings included): 9,000 yen (Student: 3,000 yen)
• On-site registration for the banquet is not possible. If you wish to attend the banquet, please kindly register in advance through the web registration.
• In case of payment after May 14th:
• Registration fee (electronic proceedings included): 10,000 yen (Student: 4,000 yen)

  • The projector has the standard HDMI type connectors. Please test the connection in advance.

  • The poster size should be within 84.1 cm (w) x 118.9 cm (h) (A0 size).

For Participants

• Photos (including screenshots) and video recordings of oral presentations and posters are prohibited unless specific permission is granted.

For those wishing to attend the conference for reporting or consultation purposes

• In order to find out about the rules and regulations for the recording of information at QIT meetings, please contact the QIT organizers, if possible two weeks before the deadline of pre-registration.
