- Information for oral presentation
- There are VGA (D-sub 15 pin) and HDMI type A connections to the projector.
(Mac / VGA conversion adapter will be available at the venue, but we recommend
you to bring your own adapter for avoiding any trouble.)
- Please test the connection in advance even if you bring the right adapter. Please ask the committee members or the student staff for the test. (Committee members and the student staff wear the name tag with blue color).
- Information for poster presentation
- The venue of the poster presentation will be the auditorium on the 2nd floor of Building 4.
- Please put your poster following the poster number indicated on the panel or wall. You can do so during the coffee break in the morning or during the lunch break before the poster session. Adhesive tapes will be available at the venue.
- The poster size should be within 90 cm (w) x 180 cm (h).
- The poster session will end at 15:30. You may remove your poster after the session, but we would appreciate if you could leave your poster on till the end of the banquet. The banquet will be held from 18:30 at the same venue.
