| November 7 (Fri) | Technical Program The Technical Program will feature oral and poster presentations on a wide range of EMC topics. Interactive discussions will be encouraged to promote collaboration and exchange between international participants from academia and industry. The Technical program will be available after the Abstract Submission Deadline. Online proceedings (technical reports) will be available after the Final Manuscript Submission. |

| Recommended Hotels | Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. |
| Bus Pickup | Chartered bus transportation will be provided for participants. A chartered bus will pick up participants from either of the recommended hotels (details to be announced), and transport them to the seminar and technical tour sites. |
