Young Engineers Session (YES) Information

YES (Young Engineers Session) presentation preparation instruction

The YES presenter is asked to present both in the Short Presentation Session as well as the Poster Session. The Short Presentation Session and the Poster Session are scheduled in the afternoon on October 20 and in the morning on October 21, 2026, respectively.​

Short Oral Presentation

The YES presenters are requested to deliver a 2-minute oral presentation in advance of the poster presentation. Please note that, due to limitation of time, the presentation is strictly limited up to 115 SECONDS excluding a 5-SECOND switching time. The slides in the PowerPoint format should be uploaded from the link in the e-mail sent from the TJMW 2026 Secretariat. There is no limit to the number of slides in PowerPoint format. Slide size should be 16:9. Please upload your slides no later than October 15, 2026.​

Short presentation submission page

The file name should include your paper ID and your name (e.g., YE-1_YOURNAME.pptx). Please be advised that you include your paper ID (e.g., YE-1) in your slide since your presentation will also be judged as a part of the Young Researcher Awards.​

Poster Preparation​

A poster stand that can accommodate an A1 poster will be provided for each of the YES presenters. The poster should be portrait oriented. Your poster can be displayed from the morning on October 21, 2026.​​
