1. Before submission, please convert your manuscript (MS Word) into the PDF format. Paper is ONLY accepted in the PDF format. Also please check your manuscript is within two pages.
2. The registered authors have already received the e-mail from IEICE with the following title:

   [IEICE] URL for Submission - MW - 2015-08-MW - (First Auther Name) - (Author ID)

3. The URL for manuscript upload is written below * URL FOR SUBMISSION in the e-mail.
4. Paper can be uploaded on Upload Form for Manucsript page from the URL.
5. You can re-upload your manuscript on the web page above until the deadline date.
