Provisions Regarding Awards



Provision 1

Awards will be given to those entrants who have made particular achievements.

Provision 2

There will be three awards::

(a) Highest Tolerance Award

(b) Highest Quality Award

(c) Special Award

Provision 3

To select candidates for the awards listed in Provision 2, the IHC Committee shall set up appropriate committees, assigning a chairperson for each from the IHC Committee chair.

Provision 4

The Board of Directors shall determine the recipient of each award through consultation on the basis of the reports prepared by the committees described in Provision 3.

Provision 5

Awards shall be presented at the General Assembly meeting or other suitable forum.

Provision 6

After the presentation of an award, as described in Provision 5, the recipient's name and achievements will be posted on the IHC web site.

Provision 7

To be eligible for the Highest Tolerance Award, an entrantfs submission needs to have demonstrated outstanding tolerance for attacks specified by the IHC evaluation standard.

Provision 8

To be eligible for the Highest Image Quality Award, an entrantfs submission needs to have demonstrated outstanding quality for attacks specified by the IHC evaluation standard.

Provision 9

To be eligible for the Special Award, an entrantfs submission needs to have demonstrated an outstanding achievement other than for tolerance or quality.

Provision 10

Each award will be accompanied a cash IHC of 30,000 Japanese Yen for the Highest Tolerance and Highest Image Quality Awards and of 10,000 Japanese Yen for the Special AwardD

Provision 11

Any change to these provisions or procedures requires the approval of the IHC Board of Directors.

Additional Provision

These regulations shall take force on 5 September 2012 and will be posted on the IHC web site.
