Welcome to the registration page of

Hawaii, IEICE and SITA Joint Conference(HISC).

To all participants (including presenters) of HISC:

1) Please send an email to it-regist@mail.ieice.or.jp by May 1for registration.

The email should contain

• your name
• your affiliation
• your email address

and the email subject line should be "registration". (Note that we will not reply a registration email .)

The purpose of processing registration is to closely estimate the required number of proceedings.

2) No registration fee is required for participation in HISC.

3) The proceedings will be available for sale, but every presenter will obtain one-volume of the proceedings with no charge.

A participant can purchase the conference proceedings at the registration desk during the conference.

• We accept only cash in dollars (credit cards such as VISA, MASTER, AMEX will not be accepted).
• The price of the proceedings will be announced on the HISC-homepage soon.

To all participants who intended to have a presentation at HISC:

2) The conference language (i.e., sessions, proceedings) is English. Please prepare your manuscript in English.

3) In the conference, 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion are assigned to every presenter.

(NOTICE to presenters): In order to accomodate all talks, the presentation time is shortened from 20 minutes

to 15 minutes. (2005.3.29)

4) Prepare a camera-ready manuscript and submit it before April 20.

The final manuscript must be written in English within 6 pages.

It is noted that the camera-ready manuscript must be delivered by April 20,
2005. Moreover, any digital formated file, for example, Adobe PDF
file, PostScript file, MS word file, and so on, is not accepted.

• The source file (for LaTeX2e) is just a sample code.There are no guarantee that the file produces a valid
  output on your LaTeX environment. If it does not work well, please modify it by yourself.
