The 10th International Workshop on Image Media Quality and Its Applications (IMQA2020), which was scheduled to be held from March 12 (Thu) to 13 (Fri), 2020, has decided to be canceled due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
We deeply apologize for the difficult decision just before the conference, taking into account the safety of the participants and preventing the spread of infection.

The IEICE (Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers) Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications and Computer Sciences announces a forthcoming Special Section on “Image Media Quality” to be published in June 2021. The objective of the special section is focus on the image media quality technologies, theories, and methods, and applications of quality metrics in industry. You are strongly encouraged to submit original research papers of the topics which related to the image quality assessment technologies and its application.
