Technical Session:
Authors are invited to submit complete unpublished papers in English, which are not under review in any other conferences or journals. Submission should be in form of a PDF file up to 6 pages, prepared in accordance with IEEE author guidelines. The APNOMS 2013 proceedings of technical session papers will be published in IEICE I-Scover and IEEE Xplore. They will be indexed in EI. The copyright of accepted papers will be transferred to IEICE. A submitted paper may be accepted as a short paper (presented in a poster session). NOTE: To be published in the proceedings, I-Scover and Xplore, for each accepted paper, an author is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. Online presentation (e.g. Skype) is not permitted without an unavoidable reason such as a natural disaster. Submit Now !

Innovation Session:
APNOMS 2013 will include innovation sessions to present and discuss ongoing research, work-in-progress ideas, practical solutions, and experimental studies. Authors are requested to submit PDF documents in a special format (typically shorter than 12 pages long, but this is not a strict limit and may be exceeded). The sample file can be obtained at http://www.apnoms.org/apnoms-sample.ppt and apnoms-sample.pdf (see Manuscript Guidelines page for details). Innovation papers will be included in conference proceedings but will NOT be indexed by any scholarly research database. The copyright of accepted papers will belong to the author(s). The author(s) may transfer the copyright to a journal publisher if the same content or its extended version is submitted separately to a journal.
