I would like to announce that WTC2006 will be held in Budapest Hungary,
from 30 Apr. to 3 May, 2006.

The deadline of paper submission is October 1, 2006. Extended Abstracts
of a minimum of 800 words and a maximum of 3 pages, including figures
and diagrams, are required.
