2001年早稲田大学理工学部経営システム工学科卒業。2003年同大学大学院理工学研究科経営システム工学専攻修士課程修了。2007年同博士後期課程単位取得退学。2010年早稲田大学大学院基幹理工学研究科数学応用数理専攻にて博士（工学）取得。2005年より湘南工科大学、青山学院大学、早稲田大学等にて教育・研究に従事。現在、湘南工科大学教授。符号理論、組合せゲーム理論およびその教育応用に関する研究に従事。
Tomohiko Saito received the B.S. degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2001, and the M.S. degree in the same field from Waseda University in 2003. He completed the doctoral course in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering at Waseda University in 2007. He received the Ph.D. (Engineering) degree from the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering, Waseda University, in 2010. Since 2005, he has been engaged in education and research at Shonan Institute of Technology, Aoyama Gakuin University, and Waseda University. He is currently a Professor at Shonan Institute of Technology. His research interests include coding theory, combinatorial game theory, and their educational applications.
