Kento Saiki received the B.E. degree in electronic engineering and the M.E. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the Shibaura Institute of Technology,
Tokyo, Japan, in 2017 and 2019, respectively.
In 2019, he joined the Information Technology Research and Development Center, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, where he has been involved in the research and development of microwave amplifiers for radar and mobile communication systems.
