1995年東京電機大学大学院工学研究科修士課程修了．同年，日本電信電話株式会社入社．入社以来，ネットワークソフトウェアおよび情報セキュリティの研究開発に従事．現在，明星大学情報学部教授．工学（博士）．和文論文誌B編集委員（2011-2015年），ネットワークソフトウェア研究会運営委員長（2017-2019年），東京支部委員（2019-2021年），活動功労賞（2015，2019年）．電子情報通信学会シニア会員，情報処理学会，IEEE会員．
Yoshiko Sueda received the M.E. degree in engineering from Tokyo Denki University in 1995 and the Ph.D. degree in engineering in 2008. She joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) in 1995, where she engaged in research and development of network software and information security. She is currently a Professor in the School of Information Science at Meisei University. Her research interests include network architecture and IoT.
She has served as an Editorial Board Member of the IEICE Transactions on Communications in Japanese (2011-2015), Chair of the Steering Committee on Network Software (2017-2019), and a member of the Tokyo Section Management Committee (2019-2021). She received the IEICE Distinguished Contributions Award in 2015 and 2019. She is a Senior Member of the IEICE, and a member of IPSJ and IEEE.
