Summary:
Recently, a magnetic resonant wireless power transfer technology has attracted much attention due to its superior power transfer performance in a middle distance. As the technology utilizes the resonance phenomenon of a magnetic field, unintentional resonators with the same resonant frequency cause a power leak. In this study, a new selective wireless power transfer system using two transmission resonators with a phase difference is proposed and experimentally examined. The proposed concept was found to be feasible.
