Summary:
As a wearable antenna, an electromagnetic resonance antenna is investigated to obtain unidirectionality on the feeding side. Parameters of the electric and magnetic dipoles are selected so that the cardioid-shaped pattern becomes in the opposite direction for human side. As results, the fractional bandwidth was 0.82% for VSWR≦3, and the maximum gain was 2.7 dBi toward the feed point direction.
