Summary:
Transmitting coil antenna for implantable medical device communication has designed for 10-60 MHz band communication. The size of the proposed transmitting antenna is 9.5 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick. Matching circuits are used to decrease the resonant frequency and for antenna miniaturization. In addition magnetic sheets are used for transmitting antennas to satisfy bandwidth and increase channel capacity. S-parameter is simulated and measured to evaluate communication performances.
