Summary:
In 5G/beyond communication, small cell system operated by micro operators is collecting attentions, where mitigation of interuser and intercell interference under energy saving is an important subject. Based on the fact that spectrum database which stores various information of communication area is a promising tool for the system design, this paper considers interference management utilizing databasd of received signal power under stochastic constraint. In this first step of study, previously proposed single objective problem with relaxed stochastic constraint is extended to case of the existence of priority users whose SINR is attempted to be maximized, and solved utilizing evolutionary algorithm, and a solution is chosen from Pareto front regarding performance and energy aspects.
