Summary:
With growth in the aging society, medical technology has been advanced and there is growing interest in extending healthy life expectancy. Simultaneously, wireless technology and IoT have increasingly improved. Small devices utilizing IoT for self-health management are expected. However, there is a problem in securing power. Therefore, wireless power transmission (WPT) addresses this problem and is expected to be used for developing devices that are miniaturized and can be worn constantly without charging. In this paper, by using NFC (Near Field Communication), a square spiral coil as a receiving antenna is proposed for the WPT system between the mobile devices and the sensor on the fingertip.
