Summary:
The purpose of this study is to set the criteria for defining a clear index to select tomatoes. In this paper, the measured properties of 138 tomatoes with diameter [mm], height [mm], sugar content (fruit part, gel part around seeds), hardness (fruit top / side surface) [N / cm2], color average (RGB), star mark width [mm], mass [g], and scratches (yes / no), for a total of 12 of properties. After the measurements, the data were clustered by several methods and their characteristics were analyzed.
