Summary:
In this study, we propose the three-layer cellular neural network considering three primary colors. In our propose three-layer cellular neural network, the connections between the three layers play an important role. Namely, the three layers do not operate independently but all the outputs influence to the other layers. In this research, we show some edge enhancement more effectively than the original cellular neural networks by computer simulation.
