Summary:
Our previous study proposed an application of the particle swarm (PSO) optimization to find desired parameters for multi-objective problems (MOPs) in switched dynamical systems. This study proposes an application of the independent-minded PSO (IPSO) to the MOP. Various simulation results show that the application of IPSO to the MOP is effective and IPSO can obtain better results than PSO.
