Summary:
We investigate the characteristics of reliability and synchronization of a neuronal network of delaycoupled integrate and fire neurons. Reliability and synchronization appears in separated regions of the phase space of parameters considered. The effect of including synaptic plasticity and different delay values between the connections are also considered. We found that plasticity strongly changes the characteristics of reliability and synchronization in the parameter space of the coupling strength and the drive amplitude for the neuronal network. We also found that delay does not affect the reliability of the network but has a determinant influence on the synchronization of the neurons.
