Summary:
We propose a method for visualizing highdimensional time series data. In this method, we pile recurrence plots for various observables, and project this pile along a time axis and/or the axis of observables. We call this method layered recurrence plot. We show that the proposed method is useful for observing transitions in highdimensional dynamics.
