Summary:
Since the number of pilot symbol (PS) is proportionally depending on the number of transmit antennas, the total transmission rate of massive MIMO would be degraded. In this paper, we propose a novel scheme with high time resolution carrier interferometry (HTRCI)-MIMO and modified orthogonalization methods. Moreover, we propose a novel virtual pilot signal (VPS) method using conventional VPS method and noise whitening method.
