Summary:
In this paper, two particle swarm optimizer networks are proposed. In the proposed algorithms, multiple sub-swarm groups construct a global swarm with a network structure. The first network has deterministic links to each sub-swarm. The second network has temporal links to each sub-swarm. The proposed methods are evaluated by the computer simulations. The solving performances and the number of communications in each method are investigated.
