Summary:
The highly optimized tolerance model is applied to generating the secure structure of a sensor network as a defensive resource to a hypothetical bioterrorism. The performance of the network is assessed in terms of the power law between the number of victims and its probability of occurrence under the prior information about where to set to the attack.
