Summary:
Nano-technology is a bottom-up technology and shows the possibility of spatial arrangement of atoms and molecules by using sensing probes, for example, SEM, AFM, and so on. The demonstrative experiments have been reported since 1990s. In this paper, we will discuss a model of single particles manipulation from material surface. The model is based on a van der Waals molecule vibrational predissociation of T-shaped model. The probability of the manipulation is also considered with relation to chaotic dynamics.
