Summary:
We propose that Time to Digital converter (TDC) and Ring oscillator are unified into one circuit. And encoder is modified for proper operation. The structure give space efficiency. By Unifing two circuit and modified encoder. The encoder also provide relability. Our work is based on 0.35um process and Virtuoso schematic simulator. Proposed circuit consist of 5-bit TDC and 8-bit counter.
