Summary:
This paper presents a self-reference sensing which could compensate data pattern dependent leakage current that acts as a noise in cross-point ReRAM array. There has not been a clear solution for the leakage current issue without using selector devices. Proposed scheme uses analog subtractor to compensate the leakage current. This compensation leads us to get a uniform and enough (over 30mV) sensing margin superior to 2mV of the conventional one in the worst case of data pattern.
