Abstract(in English) Personal distance is an invisible space around a person, which plays an important role in human-human communication. Personal distance is known to change according to culture,as well as gender and relationship of interlocutors in human-human communications. This study investigates whether such cultural tendency can be seen between avatars in metaverse.
