Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have been conducting a series of a future creating camp, "Mirai Zukuri Camp," in order to vitalize Tono city in Iwate in Japan. "Mirai Zukuri Camp" is composed of a combination of a dialogue-based workshop for creating a commitment, and a continuous support for making the commitment realized in action. In this paper, we propose a cyclic model called contactivity cycle in order to make their commitments realized. The cycle model is defined as the four steps: building community, exploring fundamental issues, prototyping a solution, and spreading the solution. We conducted a case study based on the contactivity cycle including totally 35 times visit to Tono and took 184 person-days. We elicited a milestone and its process in each step of contactivity cycle. These could be useful in conducting a future case based on the contactivity cycle and considering the possibility of ICT support.
