| 抄録(和) | 毎日の食事の栄養推定は,健康サポートや食生活の管理に重要な情報源である.本研究では,携帯電話のカメラ機能を用いて撮影された食事画像から自動で食事画像の認識を行い,栄養素を推定するシステムの構築を目指す.より認識精度を高めるため,料理画像の素材セグメンテーヨンに基づく成分推定という研究も提案されているが,レシピデータの中に似たようなものがあれば誤認識してしまう問題がある.本研究では,この問題を解決するために,レシピと食材学習に基づく料理画像認識において,クラスタ数の影響を検討し,認識率の向上の要因を検討する. |
| 抄録(英) | It is important to estimate daily-food nutrition for health support and dietary management. The goal of our research is to build a system which can estimate nutrients of daily food by recognizing food images obtained by mobile phone camera. There is a research on nutrient estimation method based on ingredient segmentation of food images to improve recognition accuracy. However, it has some problem with error recognition to each other closely. To solve this problem, we notice a food-image recognition method based on learning recipes and ingredients and detail a fundamental study on analyzing an influence of the number of clusters on recognition rate. |
