Abstract(in English) | It was reported that the equilibrium mode distribution state (EMD) is good to measure optical performance of passive components with step-index multimode fibers. EMD can be generated using 3 km long HPCF, however, it needs a large drum to handle HPCF. We tried to make pseudo-EMD and confirmed its performance using 2 m long HPCF and a lens. |
