Abstract(in English) Experimental consideration on a determination method of sample size is made for the non-contact PIM measurements of printed circuit boards. In this report, effective permittivity of a printed circuit board in the coaxial tube is determined experimentally. Relation between effective dielectric constants and measured PIMs are also discussed from the viewpoint of measurement reliability.
