Abstract(in English) The analyses on synchronization phenomena are recently attempted by taking advantage of the theory of complex networks. The methods to characterize synchronization in the networks are used to solve problem on the structure and function of the human brain system. We estimate the network structural dependence on functional connectivities from multichannel EEG in Alzheimer's disease using Phase Lag Index (PLI) as the phase synchronization indexes.
