| 抄録(和) | 筆者らは,これまでにプレゼンテーション・リハーサルにおけるレビュー支援を目的に,スライドだけでなく,口頭説明に対するアノテーション作成を可能とする支援方法を提案してきた.開発したレビュー支援システムでは,スライドコンテンツとテキスト化された口頭説明を対応付け,その関係をレビュアに提示する.しかし,既存のプレゼンテーション・ソフトウェアの制約により,発表直前の暫定的な対応付けに頼らざるを得ず,十分な実用性が得られなかった.そこで本研究では,スライドと口頭説明の台本を作成すると同時に,それらの対応付けが可能なプレゼンテーション作成ツールの試作と検討を行った. |
| 抄録(英) | In order to support a review work in a presentation rehearsal, we have proposed a visual annotation method that enables reviewers to anchor the review comments to both of slides and oral explanations. The system that we have developed shows correspondence relationships between the slide contents and the oral explanations. However, it is difficult to get a practical usefulness of the support because the presenter makes the correspondences of them tentatively just before the presentation. The cause of that is due to a functional limit of existing presentation software. Therefore, we developed an original presentation authoring tool that the presenter can prepare the slides and the scripts of the oral explanations, and make the correspondences of them. |
