Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A method based on smoothing the coefficients in adaptive noise canceller for periodic interference is presented. The adaptive noise canceller generates vibrational component that disturb the desired signal owing to the existence of the desired signal itself. Because the component works to negate the existence of the desired signal, it is called self-canceling component. A Mask process has been proposed in order to suppress this vibrational component when the desired signal is pulse-like signals. However, when the pulse-like signal occurs at high frequency, masks overlap each other, and the noise canceller can not adapt to the characteristic change of periodic interference. In this paper, we propose a method with coefficient smoothing used in adaptation algorism instead of mask processing and give a theoretical analysis. Numerical simulations are given to confirm the analysis.
