Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To improve the transcutaneous fluorescent image of an animal body, we derived a point-spread function (PSF) at a cylindrical surface of a diffuse scattering medium. For practical applications, a new CT algorithm was developed. In this technique, an orthogonal function system was used to reconstruct tomographic image. The feasibility of the proposed technique was verified in the simulation and experiments.
