| Abstract(in English) | Understanding a structure of a service system is essential to enhance the values for stakeholders in a design phase. Causal loop diagram (CLD) is effective for understanding although we cannot incorporate stakeholders into CLD and it is difficult to make CLD of a service system including many variables. We propose a method to make CLD considering stakeholder relations. We express stakeholder relations using variables in a service system such as stakeholder's states or functions. We show our method clarifies how the structure of the service system affects the values for stakeholders and makes CLD efficiently through a case study. |
