Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we evaluate the usability of multi-touch actions, which are actions using several fingers, in order to find appropriate actions for behavioral biometric authentication on tablet-type devices. The usability of each combination of fingers, as well as the usability of each finger action, is scored based on the structure of hand-fingers and its constraints on movement. The validity of the usability scores is evaluated through user experiments. The result shows that the correlation coefficient between our usability scores and users' experimental evaluations is -0.81, and thus, our evaluation is strongly associated with users' evaluation.
