Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes methods for generating a set of multiple QR codes, in which each QR code contains a share of secret information. The methods are generalizations of the one proposed in [11], where (n, n)-threshold secret sharing scheme are realized under the QR code setting, and the sizes of shares are reduced by utilizing the characters in QR codes. This paper also proposes a method using cryptographic hash functions that recovers security degradation due to the use of characters in QR codes. The proposed methods are evaluated from the viewpoint of the information-theoretic security and the amount of embedded data.
