Abstract(in English) This paper proposes an enriched speech communication tool, which is named as "Motegoe voice changer." Modetego voice changer privoides us more impressive voice by processing the original waveform. We assume that not only frequency characteristics and the feature of frequencies but also the part of speech in speech production must affect how listers feel. Therefore, we propose speech conversion techqniques based on voice processings of the specific part of speech, such as pitch shift or delaing. In this report, we propose a method for emphasizing of brisk voice, thankful voice and apologetic voice. Through evaluation experiments, for thankful voice and brisk voice, we confirmed the efficacy of our method, but for apologetic voice, it was not able to confirm an effect One of the reason of this is the editted voice was distorted.
