| 抄録(和) | ビットコインなどの分散型仮想通貨は,P2Pと電子認証の技術を応用して新しい価値流通の仕組みを現出した.従来の電子マネーがクローズドループであったのに対して,仮想通貨はあたかも現金のように転々流通する.しかし,中央銀行の手によらない通貨発行は,国家が独占してきた通資高権への挑戦でもある.本稿では,中心を持たない分散型仮想通貨の構造特性について概観し,その特殊な構造がもたらす政策論上の課題を論じる.そして,仮想通貨に対するコンジョイント分析手法による意識調査の概要を公開し,論点を明確化する.あわせて,分散型仮想通貨を制御可能に変化させるカラードコインの構想について紹介し,日本における応用可能性を探る. |
| 抄録(英) | Bitcoin is a decentralized virtual currency based on P2P technology, which enables the unique distribution of electronic value from one person to person without the centralized issuer. Virtual currency circulates the open looped system as if it were real money, whereas the existing electronic money circulates the closed looped system. Decentralized issue of virtual currency raises a question at the Seigniorage profit, which ought to be under a state monopoly. This analyzes the public policy problems caused by the virtual currency. We have recently conducted a conjoint analysis to see the risk perception of virtual currency. As a solution, this discusses the concept of colored coin which makes the decentralized currency manageable. |
