A Study on Web-Based Questionnaire of Class-Assessment

Abstract(in English) I picked up following 7 requirements for web-based questionnaire from related studies; keeping anonymity of the respondent, prevention of respondent's injustice, prevention of teacher's injustice, distinguishing students responded from not responded, high responding rate, flexibility of the question setting, and being low cost. Four methods of questionnaire were carried out for our faculty. Questionnaire method using mark sheet is expensive to operate, but it will be effective if carefully operated. The method using ID code printed on paper card and web-based questionnaire can keep enough anonymity, but it may introduce injustice. The method using e-mail with URL to web-based questionnaire and/or the method logged in to web site and respond are very effective, if it can keep anonymity and high responding rate.
