| Abstract(in English) | We are studying on information security risk due to behaviors that parties takes into account the advantages and disadvantages in the introduction, management and utilization of mobile work. With the spread of high-performance high-functionalized personal mobile devices, mobile work style such as BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) has been proposed. However, since the serious problem recognition of information leakage have been reported from both labor and management according to various market researches, it is necessary to eliminate the insecurity about information leakage in order to progress a further introduction of mobile work. In BYOD, deterrent effects on information leakage of ICT solutions such as MDM (Mobile Device Management) and work rules agreed between companies and employees are expected. But in reality, the work using personal device other than the agreement called Shadow IT has been performed and the associated information security risk is seen as a problem. In this paper, we report the study status to elucidate a behavior model of the shadow IT by social scientific approach for the purpose of reducing the risk of information leakage. |
