Abstract(in English) It is considered to be important that linkable anonymized data and its correspondence table between anonymous number and personal ID are not only kept secret but also decentralized in order to lower traceable risk and depositor's anxiety about that. In this paper, we define a data decentralization function which can enforce some specified data not to concentrate in a storage and indicate a method applying public key encryption with keyword search (PEKS) as an example of realizing the function.
