Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) One of the ways of verifing that whether pseudo-random number generator (PRNG) meets the security requirements or not is a statistically random number test. Among the various assays have been proposed, NIST Special Publication 800-22 (NIST SP800-22) is a test that is frequently used. In this paper, we tested the PRNG for RFID by using the NIST SP800-22 (proposed by Joan et al.). Then, we study on the safety from the results. And we propose the modified model.
