Abstract(in English) It is difficult for visually impaired to understand a graphical image. Even though graphics plays an important role, accessibility support is very limited for graphical resources. One of the problems regarding graphics for blind individuals is that we have few data on how a blind individual draws or how he (or she) receives graphical information. In this article, we describe a method for detecting the touch point of his (or her) fingertip in graphics and propose an idea for sharing positional information between touching a tactile picture and looking a graphical picture using tracking technology.
