| 抄録(和) | 本稿では心肺疾患に着目し,胸部のCT画像を用いて,心拡大,胸水貯留,圧迫性無気肺,胸膜中皮腫の各種病態に注目した検出,体積計測などを行い,着目領域を定量的に表示する支援画像診断システムを提案する.定量化を行うことで病状の進行度や治療の経過を客観的に判断することが可能となる.本研究は,医師の要望に沿ったコンピュータ支援画像診断技術(Computer Aided Diagnosis: CAD)の開発に主眼をおいており,厚労省の班会議において臨床医からの需要が高かった心肺疾患に着目したCADシステムを提案している.実患者の症例データを用いて,提案手法の有効性を確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | Here we describe the detection or the volume measurement that paid attention to plural diseases (cardiomegaly, pleural fluid, compressive atelectasis, pleural mesothelioma) and suggest a computer aided diagnosis system displaying an aim domain quantitatively from chest CT images. Quantification enables numerical assessment of the progress of the disease condition and of treatment. This study assumes it a main purpose for the development of the computer aided diagnosis (CAD) technology along the demand of the doctor. I suggest the CAD system which paid its attention to cardiopulmonary disease that the demand from a clinician was high in a group meeting of Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The results of verification using patient data suggested the effectiveness of quantitative measurement using this method. |
