Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) 4K and 8K video services are expected to provide users with not only high resolution video but also a high sense of presence video experience, which gives users a feeling of being there. However, it is not clear what feeling users get from terms such as "sense of presence" and "sense of depth", which are specific QoE factors for 4K video. In addition, the subjective quality assessment characteristics of those specific QoE factors are not clear. Therefore, in order to clarify the difference in subjective assessment tendencies of those QoE factors, we conducted subjective assessment tests in which 4K videos were assessed in terms of video quality, sense of presence, and sense of depth. The results showed that there was a large difference between participants in the assessment of sense of depth compared to the assessments of video quality and sense of presence. In addition, the assessment of sense of presence decreased slightly even if the assessment of video quality decreased.
